Creation Station Checklist:
|
||||||||||||
| It
will be easier for your child to work if the table and
chair are at the right height. A small table and chair
will work, or an adult-size table with a high-chair
pushed up to it. An easel can be a floor model, or table top style. Most are two-sided so a friend or sibling can work at the same time. A square of sturdy plastic under the easel or table works wonders. Move it under the place at the table for clay play, too. An art apron can be made of wipe-off plastic, or you can use an old shirt that is too big for the child. Aprons with sleeves protect the arms of clothes. It is always worth the extra time to suit up for painting! Use the washable placemat for clay play and gluing. Children like to know where they are to work, and usually like keeping things on the placemat. |
